杭州东华链条集团

       杭州东华链条集团有限公司创建于1991年11月，现拥有杭州自强链传动有限公司等4家全资子公司，是一家包含链条、链轮、齿轮等多种传动产品的专业制造企业。多年成为全国民营500强企业。集团公司注册资金1.6亿元，总占地面积400余亩，总建筑面积25万平方米，设备3000余台套，年生产能力3000多万米。中国机械通用零部件工业协会链传动分会理事长单位。

东华集团凭借强大的实力，2003年收购杭州盾牌链传动有限公司和江苏常州东风农机集团有限公司、2007年收购江苏兴化齿轮有限公司、2009年收购德国百年链条企业KOBO公司、2010年参股日本EK公司。2009年先后在德国、荷兰、美国、英国、泰国建立销售公司。

东华现有“東華”（DONGHUA）、“自强”和“盾牌”三大品牌，“DONGHUA”牌商标已在美国、欧洲、日本等70多个国家及地区注册，“東華”于2008年被认定为中国驰名商标；“自强”牌链条为浙江省名牌产品、浙江省著名商标。公司主要生产各种规格的标准链条和非标链条，如输送链、不锈钢链、农机链等，销售网遍布全国。公司50%以上的产品销往海外，包括欧美、日本、东南亚等国家和地区。在世界许多一流企业里，都能看到东华链条的身影，如为江迪尔、纽荷兰、克拉斯、久保田、洋马等企业提供链条。

东华拥有强大的技术力量，400多名技术人员在公司内部设立的省级技术中心、东华院士工作站、东华博士后科研工作站平台上研制各类特种、高精度、高强度链条产品，实施汽车关键零部件模具计划、国家863计划项目，至今已累计开发8000多个品种，10000多种规格的链条，各类有效自主专利52项。开发的新产品包括航空链、各种农机链条、冶金链条、扶梯链条、高速齿形链条、汽车发动机正时链条、免维护链条等一系列具有较高技术水准和高质量的链条，其中汽车分动箱哈瓦式高速齿形链、航空链填补了国内空白，技术达到国际水平，取代了进口。东华集团连续多年作为中国链条行业唯一的企业代表，参加ISO/TC100国际链条标准的制订和修改，还与浙江大学、吉林大学、全国链传动标准化技术委员会、全国链传动研究所、浙江应用工程材料研究所、武汉材料保护研究所等国内知名高校和研究所建立了稳固的合作关系，并与全国链传动研究所合作成立中国第一个汽车链条研究所。

Donghua chians co.,ltd, Hangzhou city is founded in November,1991 and now own four wholly-owned subsidiaries including self-improvement chains co.,ltd hangzhou. It has been the top 500 privately operated enteriprises all these years. The registered capital is 16 billion yuan, floor space more than 400 mu and the total building space is 250 km², 3000 instruments and the annual production ability is about 30 billion meters. It is the president of the council of machine petty things in industrial association China.

Donghua based on its powerful strength purchases shield chains co.,ltd hangzhou and Dongfeng agricultural group co.,ltd Changzhou in 2003; chains co.,ltd,Xinghua city Jiangsu in 2007; KOBO chains enterprise, German and participates in EK Japan company in 2010. It establishes market company in German, Netherlands, Americian, Briazil and Thailand in 2009.

Donghua now own “DONGHUA”,”ZIQIANG” and “DUNPAI” brands. The brand “DONGHUA” has been registed in more than 70 countries and regions including Americia, Europe and Japan. “DONGHUA” has been maintained the resounded brand in China in 2008. There are more than 400 technical people working in the provincial technology center established by the company interior, Donghua academician workstation and center for post-doctorial studies. We develop all kinds of special type, high-precision, high strength chiains products and establish the plan for the key parts for automobile and national 863 project in this platform. We have developed more than 8000 brands, 10000 types of chians and own indepedent patent 52 terms since then. The new productions are a series of own high technology and standard chains including global link, all kinds of conveyor chain, metallurgical industry chain, staircase chian, high speed tooth chain, timing chain for automobile and maintenance-free. The automobile engine Hawa type high speed teeth chain, global link fill the block in China and the technology and reaches the global standard which replace the inport. DONGHUA chians works as the only representative in chinese chian industry joins the establishing and modification for the ISO/TC100 international chians standard and also has establised the stable relationship with many famous university and institutes such as Zhejiang University, Jiling University, the national chain drive standardization technical committee, the national institute of chain drive, zhejiang institute of application engineering materials and wuhan institute of materials protection. We also establish the first automobile chain institute with the national institute of chain drive.
